Do we have to replace our existing equipment?

No. We meet the machines where they are and read them over the protocols they already speak. Edge gateways bring legacy equipment online without touching the control logic that runs the line.

How does predictive maintenance work here?

We collect cycle, sensor and downtime data from the source, store it as time-series history, baseline what normal looks like, then flag drift and anomalies before they become a fault — so you act on a machine before it stops the line.

Is it safe to connect production machines to the network?

We keep OT and IT on segmented networks and prefer read-only taps, so monitoring can never stall the line. The data still flows out to dashboards and the cloud, but production stays isolated and safe.
