Rapid prototyping

Turn an idea into something people can actually try.

A working prototype or MVP in weeks — software, hardware or both.

An idea only becomes real when someone can hold it, click through it or demo it. We build fast end-to-end prototypes and MVPs — software, hardware or both — in weeks, not months, so you can put a working thing in front of real users, customers and investors before you commit to a full build.

A working software and hardware prototype taking shape on a workbench

01 / What it gives you

From a pitch deck to a working thing.

01

A real thing in weeks

A prototype or MVP people can actually use — built in weeks, not months, so you learn from reality instead of guessing.

02

Software, hardware or both

An app, a connected device, or the two working together — one team takes the idea from sketch to something that runs.

03

Tight iteration loops

We ship, you try it, we change it — short loops that surface the real problems before they cost you a full build.

04

Throwaway vs keep, on purpose

We decide up front what’s a quick test to be thrown away and what’s worth building to last — so speed never quietly turns into debt.

02 / Stack

Die Technologie, mit der wir bauen.

Branchenstandard, langweilig im besten Sinne: Werkzeuge mit Zukunft, die auch der nächste Entwickler kennt.

Software

  • Next.js

    Web apps and dashboards, fast

  • React Native

One codebase for iOS and Android

  • Python

    Logic, data and AI glue

  • Supabase

    Instant database, auth and storage

Hardware

  • Dev kits

Proven dev boards, not custom silicon

  • ESP32

    Cheap, connected microcontrollers

  • Raspberry Pi

A full Linux computer on the bench

  • 3D printing

    3D-printed enclosures and parts

Speed

  • Off-the-shelf components

    Off-the-shelf parts over bespoke builds

  • No-code glue

No-code glue where it earns its place

  • CI preview deploys

CI preview deploys for every change

  • Component libraries

Ready-made UI from shadcn/ui and Radix

03 / Vorgehen

Wie wir Dinge bauen, die bleiben.

01

Time-boxed, not open-ended

We agree a short, fixed window and build to it — a deadline keeps a prototype a prototype instead of a slow half-product.

02

Throwaway where it’s faster

Code written to be deleted is often the fastest way to an answer — we use it on purpose and say plainly what won’t survive.

03

Real users, early

The point is to test the idea, so we get the prototype in front of actual users as soon as there’s something to try.

04

Ready to demo and raise

You get something you can show on stage, hand to a customer or put in front of an investor — not another screenshot.

04 / Standards

Best Practices, die wir nicht auslassen.

Wir halten uns bei jedem Projekt an Branchenstandards und bewährte Methoden – sie sorgen dafür, dass der Kostenvoranschlag hält.

  • Agree what the prototype must prove before writing a line
  • Time-box the build so it stays a prototype, not a product
  • Reach for off-the-shelf parts before anything bespoke
  • Mark up front what is throwaway and what is built to keep
  • Put it in front of real users as early as there’s something to try
  • Keep one short feedback loop, not a long wishlist
  • Use proven dev kits so hardware risk stays in the idea, not the board
  • Capture what you learned so the full build starts informed

05 / Infrastruktur

Wo es läuft und wie es am Laufen bleibt.

  • Preview deploys so every change is a link you can try
  • Managed database, auth and storage — no backend to stand up first
  • Proven dev boards and 3D-printed parts for hardware prototypes
  • A clear hand-off of what’s keep, what’s throwaway and what you learned
