WNC: an agentic AI company that builds agents for production, not demos

Most companies already have an AI demo. Fewer have an AI agent that runs on real traffic, takes real actions and still behaves on a Monday morning. That gap between a convincing demo and a reliable system is where WNC works.

WNC is a senior engineering team that designs, builds and operates agentic AI systems: agents that don't just answer questions but plan steps, call tools, read and write to your systems, and hand work back to people when they should. Since 2022 we have worked with 50+ clients across the US, Europe and the Middle East, from a team spread across the US, Poland, Estonia, Brazil and Ukraine.

What "agentic AI" actually means

A chatbot answers. An agent acts. It takes a goal ("triage this support ticket", "reconcile these invoices", "prepare a reply for the customer"), breaks it into steps, uses tools to do them, and checks the result.

In practice an agent is made of a few parts that all have to work together:

  • A model that reasons about the task
  • Tools it can call: your CRM, ERP, database, email, internal APIs (often through MCP servers)
  • Knowledge it can trust, usually a RAG pipeline over your own documents, with citations
  • Guardrails that decide what it may and may not do on its own
  • Evaluations and monitoring that show whether it is still doing the job well

Getting a model to produce a good answer once is easy. Getting all five parts to work together every day is engineering.

Why most agents break in production

The most common thing we are hired for is fixing an AI prototype that worked in the demo and broke with real users. The causes repeat:

  • No evaluations. Nobody can say whether a prompt or model change made things better or worse.
  • No guardrails. The agent can take actions nobody meant to allow.
  • Fragile orchestration. One failed tool call breaks the whole flow, with no fallback.
  • Uncontrolled cost and latency. Every request goes to the biggest model, and the bill grows faster than usage.
  • Data concerns. Security and compliance teams block the rollout because they cannot see where the data goes.

An agentic AI company earns its name by solving these problems, not by writing a clever prompt.

How WNC builds agents

We sum up our approach in the line behind our name: We No Code. We Architect.

Typing code is no longer the bottleneck. Our engineers spend their time on architecture, business logic and product UX, and AI agents do the typing.

  1. Engineers design. A senior engineer designs the data model, integrations, infrastructure and security before anything is generated.
  2. Agents build. AI agents turn that architecture into code, tests and cloud infrastructure, so the team's hours go into decisions, not keystrokes.
  3. People own the quality. Every pull request is reviewed by an engineer, with AI-assisted code and security audits running on every change.

We use agents to build agents, and that is why we can ship them quickly without shipping a mess.

For the agents themselves, production readiness is part of the build, not an add-on:

  • Multi-agent orchestration with clear responsibilities and fallbacks when a step fails
  • Evaluations that run before every release, so quality is measured, not guessed
  • Guardrails and human approval for any action that matters
  • Model routing and caching to keep inference cost and latency under control
  • Monitoring of cost, latency and quality on real traffic
  • Private deployments in your own cloud, with audit trails and data kept out of model training

Example: an AI support desk for a car maker

For a car maker we built an AI support desk where every customer request is read and classified by AI, the vehicle record is pulled automatically and a reply is drafted. Nothing reaches the customer until a human agent approves it.

The result was a working prototype instead of a slide deck: one inbox for every channel, AI classification, priorities and escalation, a knowledge base the agent answers from, and a dashboard for the team. It shows the pattern we use everywhere: let the agent do the repetitive work, and keep people in charge of the decisions.

What we build

  • AI agents and copilots for support, sales, operations and internal teams
  • RAG pipelines that answer from your own knowledge, cite their sources and respect who may see what
  • Workflow automation that replaces manual work across your tools
  • Document AI that turns invoices, contracts and scans into checked, structured data
  • Voice agents for calls and bookings
  • MCP servers that give agents safe access to your systems
  • LLMOps and evaluations for teams that already have agents and need them to stay reliable

Behind the AI sits a full engineering team for web, mobile, backend, cloud and IoT, so the agent is never an island bolted onto the side of your product.

How working with us works

  • Discovery first. A senior engineer, not a sales rep, maps where AI pays off and tells you honestly where it won't.
  • A written proposal with deliverables, timeline and price before the work starts.
  • Visible progress. Every task, estimate and time log is on the Kanban in your client portal, from the first week.
  • Your code, your IP. Everything lives in your repositories and accounts, and an NDA is signed before anything starts.
  • Flexible models. Fixed-price milestones, hourly, or a dedicated team, whichever fits the work.

A focused automation or prototype usually takes a few weeks; a full agentic system takes longer, depending on integrations and how much the agent is allowed to do on its own.

Ready to move your agent from demo to production?

If you have an agent that works in the demo but not with real users, or you know AI could help but don't know where to start, tell us what you're building. A senior engineer will write back within one business day with an honest scope and price.
