IoT for a factory that builds drinking-water vending machines: every machine reports to the server every 3–5 seconds and is monitored and tuned remotely from a web cabinet and a Telegram bot.

01 / The story
Hirske Dzherelo designs and manufactures vending equipment in Ukraine — water machines that connect to the mains, purify water in nine stages and sell up to 1,440 litres a day, 24/7, down to −30 °C. Each machine carries a controller with a GPRS/GSM modem, a CashCode bill acceptor (CCNet), coin acceptor, temperature sensor and RFID reader.
Owners run their machines without staff: a web cabinet and a Telegram bot show each machine’s status and connection, water level, sales and transactions, flag faults instantly, and let them change temperatures and calibration remotely — from anywhere.
02 / Our approach
GPRS/GSM modem, relay inputs and outputs, independent heating circuits, CashCode (CCNet) bill and coin acceptors, temperature sensor, RFID and I²C expansion.
Every machine reports its state every 3–5 seconds, so status, water level and takings are always current.
Search machines by location, ID or state, see sales and profitability per point, manage client and staff cards.
Urgent fault alerts and quick settings changes for every machine, right in the owner’s messenger.
